Visual Studio plugin?

Mar 21, 2010 at 11:46 PM

Have you considered retooling this as a Visual Studio plugin instead of a standalone WinForms app?  I'd be particularly interested in automatic fixing working as an OnSave handler inside the IDE.  If that's a direction that you'd like to take this tool, I would gladly volunteer my assistance.  If not, no hard feelings and I can proceed with my own project.

Thanks for you time and for providing this tool!

This is a great idea. Mkdir, did you proceed with this in your own project?

It was a proof of concept – that was ignore by my then employer – I’ve moved on but haven’t looked at StyleFix for a year…

I have started my own project, though it is turning out to be more of an "inspired by" rather than a "converted from" StyleFix.  I'm really only working on it during the weekends, so it'll probably be 3-4 weeks before I have anything to show for my efforts.

Sorry haven't had a chance to look into this for a while. A lot is left to be done! So, if anyone wants to chip in some time just send me an email.
